JOB TITLE: Information Assistant | Nottingham Tourism Centre

Anna has more than 20 years’ experience in Customer Service and has studied Tourism Management. She carries out duties within the Nottingham Tourism Centre, assisting residents and visitors with enquiries and providing up to date information about things to see and do in Nottingham. This includes tourist attractions, transport, entertainment venues and local services. She also assists with selling items from the souvenir shop such as clothing, books, locally-made products and Nottingham Forest football merchandise, as well as tickets for various live events, shows and concerts. Anna speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and is learning Italian, enabling her to communicate with international visitors.
