With over 12 years of experience, his work focuses on embedding sustainability as a core driver of asset performance, investment value, and long-term resilience.

Ankit oversees Waterman’s Property Sustainability Team, supporting developers, investors, and public-sector clients to integrate whole-life carbon assessment, circular economy principles, and ESG strategy into the design, delivery, and operation of complex assets. His approach connects environmental ambition with commercial outcomes, demonstrating how sustainability can enhance risk management, regulatory readiness, and long-term returns.

He is particularly focused on advancing performance-based Net Zero frameworks, material reusability and data-led circularity, and the practical application of sustainability within real estate transactions.
