We offer a range of opportunities for filming locations and have been the setting and inspiration for many films and TV programmes, including The Dark Knight Rises, This Is England, and BBC Drama Truckers. Of course our legendary son has inspired many a film, most recently the 2018 adaptation starring ‎Taron Egerton‎ and ‎Jamie Foxx‎.

Creative England works in partnership with the British Film Commission to support film and television productions shooting in the English regions. You can visit their library of film locations in the English regions, including Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
