Following the outstanding success of FUTUREPROOF 2026, planning is now well underway for an even bigger and more ambitious event in 2027. What began as a bold idea has quickly established itself as one of the region’s flagship business events, positioning Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as a national leader in sustainability, innovation and green growth.

FUTUREPROOF 2026 welcomed more than 370 delegates, 70 expert speakers and 45 sessions exploring the opportunities and challenges of the transition to a greener economy. Supported by leading organisations including E.ON, Nottingham College, the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University and many others, the event brought together businesses, policymakers, academics and innovators to share knowledge, inspire collaboration and drive practical action.
