‘FASHANNE’ 2025 Live Awards Show

Midlands, UK – Fashanne – Fashion Designers of the Future – Awards are the Midland’s largest and most renowned fashion awards for third & final year university students.

This week Thursday 26th June sees the return of its live show at the iconic St Mary’s Church in Nottingham.

A celebration of innovation, inclusion, and the very best of emerging design talent, Fashanne 2025 promises to be the most exciting show yet!

Founded by broadcaster and journalist Anne Davies almost a decade ago, the Fashanne Awards are where the future of fashion meets the industry’s biggest names.

With representation from top universities across the Midlands, this year’s awards will spotlight the next generation of fashion designers, all showcasing their work live in front of industry leaders from Next, Paul Smith Foundation, Pentland Brands, ITL and ASBCI – Association of Suppliers to the British Clothing Industry and many more, media, and style influencers.

Highlights of Fashanne 2025 will include:

  • A Live Runway Show featuring the final shortlisted student designs in all 10 Award categories with two extra awards up for grabs including

People’s Choice – determined by online public vote, and the Daniel Hanson Award – given to the student designer in recognition of outstanding overall achievement

  • A Textile Exhibition – an interactive exhibition featuring the Textile Awards
  • Guest presenters Patrick Grant, of British Sewing Bee fame and Fashanne founder, Anne Davies
  • Guest models including Tomasz Wisniewski – Public vote Winner of Top Model UK 2014 and more recently featured on Channel 4’s Tempting Fortune

Plus professional model Annabel Mae.

Patrick Grant, co-presenter at this year’s awards added; “Britain’s design schools have an extraordinary track record in developing world leading fashion talent. It’s humbling to know the future of fashion is in safe hands.”
