I am delighted to come into position at this pivotal time. With the combined authority election coming in May, we have the opportunity to truly elevate the region, drive an increase in inward investment, bolster further our visitor numbers, and showcase our amazing cultural, business, and study offers.

With the support of our members and by working collaboratively across the city and county with stakeholders we can attract change-making projects that will increase jobs, GVA, and help to deliver an improved quality of life.

Bio

Megan is the CEO of Marketing Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, a position which she has held since January 2024. In a business career spanning over two decades, Megan has served as Head of Enterprise at Nottingham Trent University, Senior IP and Commercialisation Officer at Loughborough University, Creative Economy Facilitator for the British Council and Creative Economy Associate for NESTA.

In addition to this, Megan recently served as Vice-Chair of the It’s in Nottingham, is the Vice President of Enterprise Educators UK, the leading membership network for those in enterprise education and is a trustee at Nottingham Roosevelt Memorial Travelling Scholarship.

Megan has a passion for supporting businesses and organisations locally and is committed to making Nottingham and Nottinghamshire a great place to live, work, invest and visit.
