Futures is proud to unveil its refreshed and expanded skills programme, Find My Future – a dynamic, employer-connected approach to training that prepares local people for real jobs in high-demand sectors.
With a wide range of flexible training courses, Find My Future equips individuals with the skills employers need right now. From digital and administrative know-how to sector-specific capabilities in hospitality, the visitor economy, customer service, education, and social care, – we’re developing job-ready talent with the transferable skills to succeed.
Our fully funded tailored recruitment programs provide employers with the opportunity to connect directly with motivated Futures candidates, whose skills have already been developed and aligned with your vacancies. Candidates are pre-screened and have completed relevant training before meeting with businesses. Whether delivered at our centres, on your premises, or at convenient community locations, we make it easy for businesses to engage with and recruit future talent.
“We take care of the admin but encourage employers to get involved early,” said Chris Grocock, Head of Business Development and Stakeholder Partnerships. “It gives customers a true sense of your organisation – and gives you a head start in finding the right candidates.”
Our passionate tutors and flexible learning models (blended online and face-to-face) support every learner’s journey. Courses are shaped in partnership with employers and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), ensuring they reflect live vacancies and deliver skills that lead to sustainable employment.
What DWP say: “DWP have a good working relationship with Futures. We work together in partnership to help the local community get back into employment through joint working, sourcing local employers with live vacancies and providing training to local jobseekers.”
Whether you’re hiring for entry-level positions or specialist roles, our refreshed skills offer is your route to knowledgeable, enthusiastic candidates who are ready to work. To get involved or find out more, visit: https://www.futuresadvice.org/employer-services/
