Flow Into The New Season: Sweaty Betty Hosts ‘SUMMER SOLSTICE’ Yoga Retreat At Cleaver & Wake

A morning of movement, mindfulness and nourishment is coming to Nottingham on Saturday 21st June, as national female-founded activewear brand Sweaty Betty hosts its first ever Half Day Yoga Retreat at Cleaver & Wake.
Taking place from 9.30am to 12.30pm, the retreat is designed to help guests reset and recharge in honour of the Summer Solstice, combining energising fitness with calming breathwork and nourishing food, presented in a luxurious, canalside environment.
Liam Morgan, business development manager at Cleaver & Wake, said: “Our upstairs event space at Cleaver & Wake is all about creating memorable experiences by working with some of the best experts in Nottingham and beyond. This retreat is a fantastic example of that, bringing together movement and mindfulness at the perfect time, in partnership with a leading wellness brand that many of us know and love.
“This morning of wellness and reflection, followed by great food in a beautiful setting is the perfect way to celebrate the Summer Solstice and reset for the season ahead.”
The morning begins with a warm welcome and refreshments, including fresh juices, teas, coffees and seasonal fruits, before guests take part in a 45-minute pilates session designed to lengthen and strengthen the body.
This will be followed by a gentle Hatha yoga flow focused on breathwork, mindfulness and guided meditation, allowing for the perfect opportunity to slow down and reconnect.
After the second session, guests can refuel with a delicious brunch from Cleaver & Wake’s specially curated wellness menu, featuring vibrant fruit platters, avocado toast and wholesome bites. All attendees will receive an exclusive 20% in-store discount at Sweaty Betty Nottingham, and will have the chance to browse the latest seasonal collections, with the team on hand throughout the morning.
Tickets are priced at £59 per person and include both fitness sessions, refreshments, brunch and the exclusive retail offer. Guests are asked to bring their favourite yoga mat.
