Christmas Comes To Belvoir Retail Village With Wreath Making Workshops, Baubles, Seasonal Menus And Real-Life Reindeer

Christmas is arriving in style at Belvoir Retail Village, where visitors can get into the festive spirit through a programme of exciting seasonal activities – from hands-on wreath making workshops to meeting real-life reindeer.

Belvoir Retail Village, is home to a curated community of shops, designers, local businesses and restaurants, including the Belvoir Bistro where on 5 December, visitors are invited into the cosy setting to learn how to craft their very own Christmas wreath.

The session uses seasonal foliage and festive flourishes in exclusive workshops run by Sarah Youngman from Sage and Satin Florals. Guests will also be treated to a homemade mince pie and a glass of festive bubbles.

This year, families won’t want to miss their opportunities to meet Santa’s reindeer, visiting Belvoir Retail Village on 13 and 20 December. Visitors can meet the reindeer at no cost and without booking in advance — just come along to Belvoir Retail Village on the day. Santa may also be spotted picking up some festive treats of his own on those days.

Whether they come to see the reindeer, join in our exclusive wreath-making workshops or simply to browse the shops for gift ideas there is something for everyone and plenty of opportunities to stock up on presents and create unforgettable memories.”

Offers a full festive day out, at the Belvoir Retail Village foodies can browse the popular Farm Shop for Christmas gifts including local chutneys, biscuits and preserves. The village also showcases the craftsmanship of Tori Murphy, whose contemporary British-made textiles exude timeless style, as well as luxury homeware and interiors from Bumbles and The Duchess Collection — an exclusive range of elegant fashion and homeware personally curated by the Duchess of Rutland.

For the first time ever, visitors will be able to create their own Belvoir Christmas Hamper in the recently refurbished Farm Shop by selecting from a range of locally sourced produce, artisan treats, wines from the Belvoir Estate’s vineyards, and festive favourites to create a custom hamper tailored to any taste.

The ever-popular Belvoir Bauble shop is also returning to the Retail Village, with a fresh array of treasures to discover. Open for a short time only, the bauble shop offers unique, hand-crafted and Belvoir-inspired decorations to elevate any Christmas tree.

After meeting the reindeer and marvelling at all the treasures in the new bauble shop, visitors can enjoy the Belvoir Bistro’s new festive menu featuring season favourites from turkey to beef bourguignon made with fresh produce from the Belvoir Estate. The set festive set menu starts at £17.95 for one course, £22.95 for two courses and £27,95 for three courses.
