Rose is a sustainability researcher, educator and social entrepreneur. Rose works part time at NTU as a research fellow, investigating place‑based decarbonisation support for SME’s in the East Midlands. As a Carbon Management Consultant she trains small businesses and schools in carbon accounting skills, target setting, clear decarbonisation planning and strategies.
Rose also founded The Crop Club CIC, a social enterprise that helps people grow food in small spaces with workshops and growing kits. These enable communities, schools and businesses to grow their own food, combining environmental education and community engagement. In addition, they advise organisations on sustainability strategy and provides Carbon Literacy training.
