Visit Nottinghamshire is delighted to announce that the Nottinghamshire Tourism Summit 2026 will take place on Thursday 17 September 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham, bringing together tourism businesses, regional leaders and industry partners for a day of insight, discussion and networking.
Accredited by VisitEngland as the official Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, Visit Nottinghamshire continues to champion growth, collaboration and innovation across the region’s visitor economy. This year’s Summit will also reflect the increasingly important role of the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) in shaping regional economic strategy, devolution and place-based growth.
Delegates will hear from a strong line-up of speakers, including Mayor of the East Midlands, Claire Ward, Nora Senior CBE DL, Chair of East Midlands Freeport, and Rachel Gillis, Regional Development Lead at VisitEngland. The programme will combine industry insight and regional updates with interactive discussion and networking, including workshops exploring key issues affecting the visitor economy.
