Visit Nottinghamshire, the official LVEP for the region, has launched its new 2026/27 visitor guide, showcasing the city and county’s diverse visitor offer and inspiring people to discover more of the region.
The new visitor guide brings together inspiration, ideas and practical information for planning a visit to Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, from city breaks and countryside escapes to family days out, cultural experiences, food and drink, shopping and the region’s rich heritage.
Produced by Visit Nottinghamshire, the official Local Visitor Economy Partnership for the city and county, the guide will be distributed through visitor attractions, accommodation providers, tourism businesses and visitor information points, helping to put Nottinghamshire’s visitor offer directly into the hands of potential visitors.
The guide is also available to collect from Nottingham Tourism Centre in the heart of Nottingham, with visitors able to view and request a copy online.
Featuring engaging editorial content and photography, the 2026/27 guide shines a spotlight on some of the experiences that make Nottinghamshire unique – from the legendary story of Robin Hood and the ancient landscapes of Sherwood Forest, to the city’s literary heritage, independent businesses, creative scene, historic attractions and thriving food and drink offer.
Visitors can also discover ideas for exploring the wider county, including historic houses and estates, market towns, outdoor adventures, waterways and cycling alongside suggestions for making the most of Nottingham’s year-round programme of events, culture and entertainment.
Alongside its editorial features, the guide provides practical information to help visitors plan their trip, including listings for attractions and things to do, places to eat and drink, shopping, accommodation and other visitor experiences.
