East Midlands-based Business Shows Group is celebrating a significant milestone – 25 years of hosting impactful exhibitions in the property and construction sectors.
This anniversary highlights the company’s commitment to introducing great connections and providing a vital platform for professionals in property, construction, professional services, finance, investment, and B2B sectors.
On 11th November 2024, Business Shows Group will host the highly anticipated East Midlands Expo at the prestigious East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. Event sponsors include Willmott Dixon, RICS, RSVIP, Nottingham City Business Club, EMPO, Invest East Midlands & Nottingham PIN. The expo promises exceptional opportunities for exhibitors and attendees to expand their networks, grow their client base, and unlock new business development avenues.
The event is also committed to supporting four local charities – Base 51, The Friary, Emmanuel House and Notts County Foundation.

Entry to the East Midlands Expo is free for delegates, with complimentary parking available. Highlights include a seminar titled “The Magic of the East Midlands,” featuring award-winning entertainer and speaker Looch, alongside East Midlands Mayor Claire Ward, Jerry Major from Willmott Dixon, Megan Powell Vreeswijk of Marketing Nottingham/Invest In Nottingham, and Jamie Jordan from the Bank of England, who will provide a financial update.
Attendees are also invited to join the Network Lunch, sponsored by Property Face2Face, featuring guest speaker Jessica Southworth from RIBA. This networking session includes a drink from the bar and a delicious two-course meal for just £35 plus VAT, ideal for those looking to expand their professional circles in a relaxed setting.

This year, the East Midlands Expo will support four local charities:
Introduced by RSVIP – Business Shows Group have allocated space with their compliments to help create awareness for the charity BASE 51 which supports young people in Nottingham, providing mental health services and guidance to improve their lives.
Business Shows Group will also be supporting NCBC nominated charities with a financial contribution after the event:
- Emmanuel House which offers support and accommodation services to the homeless, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and care.
- The Friary which provides practical and emotional support to vulnerable individuals, focusing on homelessness prevention and social inclusion.
- Notts County Foundation which engages the community through sports and educational initiatives, empowering young people to achieve their full potential.
