FROM 6.00pm on Sunday 20 September to 9.00am on Wednesday 07 October, Nottingham Express Transit (NET)’s Forest Park & Ride will be closed to allow Goose Fair organisers to prepare, host and pack down the popular event.
All trams will still be running from The Forest tram stop during that period, and NET’s six other Park & Ride sites will still be in operation, including its Wilkinson Street Park & Ride which is located less than a ten-minute drive from The Forest.
NET’s Park & Ride sites offer a convenient way to beat inner city traffic and expensive city centre parking, with Park & Ride users able to park at each Park & Ride site for free with a valid tram ticket or pass.
Tram users are encouraged to check the NET social media channels, website and NETGO! app for any further Goose Fair updates over the coming weeks.
