Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description: Annette joined Visit Nottinghamshire September 2014 to deliver a two year externally funded project to encourage business travel to Nottingham. Through this project she was lucky enough to get to know many people and businesses in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Over the years Annette’s role has changed but the common theme has always been her relationship with the industry. She currently head up the Business Development Team and has responsibility for membership, Visit Nottinghamshire’s patrons, advertising income and events.
With a strong sales background (12 years of which was spent in newspaper advertising) she picked up many industry relevant qualifications along the way.
Born and bought up in Nottinghamshire Annette enjoyed many school trips in the county, with fond memories of visiting Southwell Minster. Highfields Park over at the University of Nottingham was also a firm favourite for her family.
