Nōshi Restaurant has announced the appointment of Hector Hernandez as Senior General Manager, bringing exceptional leadership experience from some of London’s most iconic luxury dining destinations.
As the independent restaurant enters a new phase of growth, this appointment signals a significant evolution for the brand.
Hector joins Nōshi following an outstanding career across globally recognised hospitality brands, including The Ivy Collection, D&D London, Amazónico and The Evolv Collection. Most recently, he served as General Manager of The Original Ivy, the legendary West End institution established in 1917 and regarded as one of Britain’s most celebrated restaurants.
Prior to that, Hector led operations at Quaglino’s for D&D London, one of the capital’s most iconic and historic dining venues, alongside senior leadership roles within Amazónico’s internationally acclaimed luxury restaurant group.
Known for his uncompromising approach to guest experience, operational excellence and team leadership, Hector has built a reputation for delivering world-class hospitality within London’s highly competitive luxury restaurant scene, including some of Mayfair’s most prestigious brands.
In his new role at Nōshi, Hector will oversee the strategic and operational direction of the restaurant, with a focus on elevating service standards, strengthening team culture and delivering a truly exceptional guest experience.
