Vietnamese street food restaurant, Pho, will be offering FREE ‘hangover-curing’ phởs on December 13th to the first 50 customers through the doors
Vietnamese street-food restaurant, Pho, is helping cure the office Christmas party ‘hangxiety’ during one of the most hungover weeks of the year, with a one-day offer of 50 complimentary bowls of hangover-blasting phở at their Nottingham restaurant, on 13th December.
The offer will cater to all hangover needs from the office Christmas party the night before, such as reducing headaches, nausea, and tiredness and guests will be ‘prescribed’ an order of phở and instead of reaching for the usual fix, it’s time to switch it up with something that will leave party-goers feeling better in the long run.
Pho is loved for its delicious twelve-hour broths and variety of Vietnamese street food including crispy baby squid, fresh summer rolls, decadent curries and the star of the menu, their extensive phở menu including classic Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Super Green Soup and King Prawn Curry Noodle Soup.
Managing to walk a fine line of being both hearty enough to satisfy your hangover hunger, and light enough not to destroy your already hungover stomach, phở acts as the ultimate hangover-curing meal. Vietnam’s national dish has been shown to have numerous health benefits not only from its base of a twelve-hour bone broth and use of fresh herbs and spices but just the right balance of carbohydrates, protein and those all-important vegetables.
