Nottingham is set to become the centre of groundbreaking technological discussions as it hosts the first-ever ‘Tech for Good’ Festival from 13th-16th May 2025. This city-wide event aims to highlight how technology can be harnessed to address global challenges, promote environmental sustainability, and foster social good.
A Festival of Innovation and Purpose
Spanning four days, the festival will feature an engaging mix of inspirational talks, interactive workshops, and expert panel discussions across various venues in Nottingham. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore six key themes shaping the future of technology: Data Security & Privacy, Digital Futures, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, Ethical Outcomes, Environment & Sustainability, and Responsible AI.
The festival not only seeks to showcase cutting-edge advancements but also aims to strengthen Nottingham’s reputation as a thriving tech hub in the East Midlands. By encouraging local meetups and fostering community-driven initiatives, ‘Tech for Good’ hopes to create lasting connections among professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology for positive change.
