British Skydiving brings its annual Expo to Nottingham on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 January 2026.
British Skydiving is the national governing body for skydiving in the United Kingdom, which aims to promote and encourage skydiving as a sport and hobby.
The Expo is free to attend and will be held at East Midlands Conference Centre on the University of Nottingham campus. The best of the industry will be showcased, with an exhibition hall and talks from professionals, athletes and fun-jumpers.
If you have ever been curious about skydiving, interested in taking a jump, or are already an avid participant, this event offers up something for all skydiving enthusiasts and provides an excellent starting point for beginners.
Skydiving can be seen as a very niche activity, and it can be hard to know where to begin. Looking to encourage people on their skydiving journey, the Expo weekend lends itself to a friendly and inclusive community. You’ll never be far from a smiling face, willing to chat about all things skydiving. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn something new, ask questions, and revel in the stories that unfold.
After the Expo finishes on Saturday, there will be ‘Skydive The World Dinner’, a ticketed dining experience with international cuisines. Skydiving is all about community, so this dinner is not just for skydivers – the more the merrier! Come for the day, stay for the evening too, and cap the night with live rock cover band Winging It – made up entirely of skydivers – and party into the early hours with our DJ.
Dinner tickets are £39.50 per person and will be on sale until 16 January 2026. They can be booked via: https://skydivetheexpo.com/world-dinner/
