STAR-STUDDED PANTOMIME OPENS AT THEATRE ROYAL NOTTINGHAM

Joe Pasquale and Faye Tozer brought plenty of Christmas sparkle to Nottingham today as the Theatre Royal opened its magical family pantomime

Today the Theatre Royal Nottingham opened this year’s magical family pantomime, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Hugely talented comedian and panto favourite Joe Pasquale plays Muddles, and Steps singer and musical theatre star Faye Tozer plays the wicked Queen LucretiaThey are joined by dame extraordinaire and East Midlands local David Robbins as Mrs Nelly Nightnurse and West End performer Jamal Kane Crawford who plays Prince William of West Bridgford

They are joined by actor musician Lucy Ireland as Snow White, and Nottingham-born singer and musical theatre performer Natalia Brown as The Spirit of Pantomime.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is staged by Crossroads Pantomimes, the world’s biggest pantomime producer, led by Michael Harrison and the creative team behind recent Theatre Royal successes including last year’s production of Robin Hood.

With an abundance of comedy, sensational song and dance numbers, fabulous costumes, and stunning scenery this year’s pantomime is a glittering festive treat for all ages. Throw in a magical mirror, seven friendly dwarfs, a magical princess, a valiant prince and plenty of audience participation and you have the perfect recipe to outwit the Wicked Queen and let love prevail.
