The UK’s biggest daytime disco Day Fever is coming to The Arboretum in Nottingham for the perfect summer party on Saturday 23 August.
Announced today (Friday 6 June), tickets for the daytime clubbing experience created by Vicky McClure along with husband Johnny Owen and Reverend and the Makers’ Jon McClure will be available via pre sale on 11 June, followed by general sale on 13 June.
Tunes on tap, impromptu crowd singalongs, trees galore and a date over the long weekend provide the perfect ingredients for a summer shindig.
Day Fever is already a national phenomenon and a massive success in Vicky’s hometown with sold out events at Rock City and The Palais. Now it’s set to storm the summer with its first standalone outdoor event taking place right here in Nottingham.
Day Fever said: “Since starting Day Fever 18 months ago Nottingham has been the most amazing city and all of the Day Fever Family have completely fallen in love with the city and its people, we knew that if we were going to do a huge outdoor party it HAD to be in Nottingham.”

As the Day Fever crew say on their instagram, ‘If you’re coming along, expect a daytime disco filled with the greatest nostalgic hits of the 20th century. No dress code, no egos, just non-stop good vibes!!’
A handpicked selection of local, independent street food has been curated by the Bustler gang. Among the stalls will be pan Asian from Manzoku, shawarma from Kebab Cartel, pizza from New Yorkshire Pizza, Indian wraps and bowls from Kool Kata, Mediterranean / Middle Eastern from Feast of the East along with the Bubble Waffle Bar and fresh coffee.
The bar offer will feature premium lagers, craft beers and real ales, and there will also be a standalone cocktail bar and a prosecco bar.

Splendour fans will get their Day Fever fix too as it was revealed earlier this year that all three creators of the daytime clubbing phenomenon – Vicky McClure, Johnny Owen and Reverend and the Makers’ Jon McClure – will be on DJ duties over the festival weekend of 19-20 July. They’ll be inviting along a few of their music friends to join them on the decks too, so expect a surprise or two.

Gate opens at midday. Curfew is 9pm.
