Nottingham’s city centre Business Improvement District, It’s in Nottingham are bringing monsters and more to the city’s streets and rooftops for the Nottingham Halloween Festival.
From Monday 26 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, the larger-than-life creatures and brand-new Halloween Parades will encourage thousands of visitors to experience the city’s most playful seasonal spectacle and put Nottingham on the map as a must-visit Halloween destination.
This year’s festival highlights – for all ages – include:
Our popular inflatable monsters
This year’s inflatable monsters will be lurking on rooftops across Nottingham city centre in locations where they are sure to wow shoppers and people travelling into the city. Look out for old favourites like Howler and Snapper which return with a makeover, and the Rombald Rock Giant; a brand-new monster for 2026.
These mischievous monsters have been created by the artist Filthy Luker of Designs in Air, who have been bringing inflatable monsters to Nottingham’s rooftops for the last 5 years.
