TOM KOHLER-CADMORE, SAM COOK AND COLIN MUNRO VISIT TRINITY SQUARE, NOTTINGHAM AHEAD OF HUNDRED FIXTURE AS PART OF KP SNACKS’ ‘EVERYONE IN’ CRICKET CAMPAIGN

KP Snacks’ Skips, Official Team Partner of The Hundred brought a successful free interactive cricket roadshow to Nottingham last week.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore, Sam Cook and Colin Munro from Trent Rockets attended the event, handing out tickets to families to watch Trent Rockets in an upcoming match in The Hundred.

The roadshow featured batting, bowling, and catching skills sessions at a custom-built mobile experience that will travel to city centres featuring The Hundred games across the UK this summer. Nottingham was the final stop of the UK-wide tour.

The roadshow is part of KP Snacks’ ‘Everyone In’ campaign and commits to getting people active through cricket over the course of the 5-year partnership with The Hundred. The campaign is in line with the England & Wales Cricket Board’s (ECB’s) commitment to offer more opportunities for everyone to play cricket.

The sessions offer a free opportunity for people to learn the basic skills involved in cricket, with representatives from KP Snacks and the ECB on the ground to help open up avenues to those wanting to take up the sport long-term.

Kevin McNair, Marketing Director at KP Snacks said:

“It was a pleasure to see our team visit Nottingham as part of the cricket roadshow this summer. Our ‘Everyone In’ campaign will continue to bring cricket to local communities around the UK that may not have ever had an opportunity to play the sport, whilst also building interest and a connection to their local team in The Hundred.”

Tom Kohler-Cadmore said:

Obviously cricket is about enjoyment, so it’s great to be down here taking part in the roadshow. Hopefully we can get some families involved and open the sport up to more people.”
