Nottingham’s fine fish & chip shop The Cods Scallops is marking its 10th birthday by gifting its loyal customers 10% off everything for the whole month of August.
Launched in 2011 by chef owner John Molnar, The Cods Scallops has sailed from strength to strength, winning many top accolades including Best Chippy Pie in the UK and most recently ‘The Best Fish & Chip Shop in the UK’ in the National Fish & Chip Awards.
Known for its award-winning food, the menu boasts over 20 species of fish and seafood despite being land locked in the Midlands. The tasty offerings also include many vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as beef dripping chips on a Monday and regular vegetarian and gluten free days on the first Monday and Tuesday of every month.
