CREATIVE CHANGE MAKERS 2024 – in partnership with Confetti Media Group
AN EVENT FOCUSED ON THE USE OF CREATIVITY TO SOLVE SOCIAL + ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES
Creative Conscience, a charity that empowers and trains creative thinkers to apply their talents to socially valuable projects, will be holding another Creative Change Makers event in Nottingham, on Wednesday 21st February, as a charity fund raiser.
Creative Change Makers is powered by Confetti Media Group (CMG), a family of innovative and entrepreneurial businesses at the heart of Nottingham’s cultural, social, and economic scene. Taking place at CMG’s cross-media venue, Metronome, the event will connect creative minds in industry and education who share a vision to build a fairer, healthier, more sustainable and regenerative world.
The day will focus on different disciplines within the creative industries, and will create impact through empowerment and collaboration by:
- Sharing examples of projects and creativity that have and can build positive change
- Inspiring behaviour change for individuals, businesses and education

“We’re putting creativity centre stage to address the climate emergency and pressing social issues at our Creative Change Makers event. Creative thinking is vital for us to solve global challenges and we’ve developed this to empower a community of creative practitioners, educators, students and graduates, to build action by applying their talents to socially valuable projects
“We live in a very troubled world and we need to start using design and creative thinking to focus on making solutions. Creative Change Makers brings together some great minds from both industry, communities and education for a meaningful conversation about how to focus creativity on solving the world’s most pressing problems.”
Chrissy Levett, Founder and CEO, Creative Conscience
“Creative Change Makers is an invaluable opportunity to meet some of the leading minds from industry, community organisations and education, and hear examples of projects that can build positive change.
“The digital age has ushered in a renaissance of creativity that merges technology and imagination, and that’s why we invest heavily in emerging technologies and cultivate strong industry connections to help our students and commercial clients reach their creative potential. We’re delighted to be hosting the event at Metronome, nestled close by to Hockley and Sneinton Market in Nottingham’s thriving Creative Quarter.”
